Property Maintenance

Property owners in unincorporated DuPage County must keep grass and weeds under 10 inches. When property owners fail to maintain their grass, the township has the right, but not the obligation, to have it cut and will charge the reasonable cost to the property owner.

Unincorporated residents of Wayne Township can report unkempt grass to Wayne Township at 630-231-7140. Please note: the property address you are reporting on will be needed at time of phone call.
