In-House Events
All paid in-house events will have a cut-off date of 1 week prior to the event date, at 12:00pm, assuming it does not fill up before then. At that time, a wait list will start.
If you need to cancel, please call us so we can replace you and allow those on the wait list an opportunity to attend, even if it is the day of the event. All cancellations will incur a $5 fee.
If you cancel after the cut-off date and we can replace you with someone from the wait list, you will get a complete refund, less the $5 fee. If we cannot replace you, no refund will be issued. No meals will be taken home if the member is not in attendance for the event.
