Offsite Trips

All paid trips will have a cut-off date of 1 week prior to the trip date, at 12:00pm, assuming it does not fill up before then. At that time a wait list will start. Theatre tickets require an earlier cut-off date, typically, one month prior.

If you need to cancel, call use so we can replace you and allow those on the wait list an opportunity to attend, even if it’s the day of the event. All cancellations will incur a $5 fee.

If you cancel after the cut-off date and we replace you with someone from the wait list, you will get a complete refund, less the $5 fee. If we cannot replace you, no refund will be issued.

No meals will be taken home if the member is not in attendance for the trip.

Most trips will return to the Senior Center the same day.  There are also mini trips, such as to Nashville, Quad Cities, Door County, etc.  Lastly, there are extended trips from 1-2 weeks, such as to Mackinac Island, Hawaii, Portugal/Spain, etc. Check the website calendar or newsletter for dates and times.
