Ongoing Activity — Mondays at 10:00am
Seated yoga guides you through a series of seated yoga stretches, all done from the comfort of a chair. Just relax, sit, breathe and stretch. Your body and mind will thank you.
As with all Senior Center activities, if you have not attended before, please contact us first, since many of our activities are well attended and have limited space or resources.
