Senior Trip: Lunch and West Side Story

Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet are transported to modern-day New York City as two young, idealistic lovers find themselves caught between warring street gangs, the Jets and the Sharks, in this landmark Broadway musical. Their struggle to survive in a world of hate, violence and prejudice is one of the most innovative, heart-wrenching and relevant musical dramas of today’s time.
We will enjoy lunch at the Marriott Theatre prior to the performance. Choice of entrée at sign up:
- Sliced beef strip loin in mushroom and red wine sauce
- Grilled chicken breast in citrus beurre blanc
Lunch includes salad with cranberries, pecans, blue cheese, and champagne vinaigrette, roasted potatoes, green beans, coffee, tea, and a seasonal dessert.
