Senior Trip: Chinatown Dumpling Making and Lunch
Thursday, October 7, 2021 — 10:30am - 3:00pm
Try your hand at making traditional Chinese dumplings. Their resemblance to yuan bao, a mode of currency during the Ming Dynasty, makes them a symbol of prosperity and wealth. Lunch at Hing Kee in Chicago includes an appetizer, soup, stir fry, fried rice, dumpling and hot tea.
