WAYS is a community not for profit, Social Service Agency that provides family counseling, case management, addictions counseling, prevention programs for youths and adults, tutoring, professional development and cultural diversity training for the residents and professionals of West Chicago, Winfield, Warrenville, Wayne, Carol Stream, Bartlett, and Hanover Park.

WAYS MISSION is to develop societal supports which enable youth, adults, and families, to grow and maintain healthy and responsible roles in community life.

WAYS is housed at the Wayne Township offices and both Wayne and Winfield Townships provide support. Additional funding comes from user fees and contributions from municipalities, fundraisers, and private donations.
